Purpose and Objective
Standing unequivocally for the fundamentals of the faith as contained in the Word of God, the principal purpose and objective of NCBC is to glorify God by: presenting the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ; edifying believers through the isagogical, categorical, and exegetical teaching of Scripture; equipping believers for the ministry; facilitating believers’ attainment of spiritual maturity; sending and support of missionaries; and the ordination of pastor-teachers.
Financial Policy
National Capital Bible Church is a grace ministry and operates entirely on voluntary contributions. Giving is a matter of privacy between the believer and the Lord Jesus Christ. Second Corinthians 9:7 says, "So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver." When gratitude for the Word of God motivates a believer to give, he has the privilege of contributing to the dissemination of Bible doctrine. If you choose to support this ministry, please send contributions to: National Capital Bible Church c/o 8001 Forbes Place, Suite 111 Springfield, VA 22151

Sunday School
The NCBC Sunday School is the primary means by which our children are
provided a biblical education from qualified teachers. Our goal is to instill in
children a love for the Lord and a desire to know His Word. The Sunday School
curriculum walks the children through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. We
welcome all visitors and look forward to teaching your children about their
Savior and His Word. Sunday School is taught during both services on Sunday
morning. Children should go directly to their classrooms for the start of each
Sunday School session.
NCBC Sunday school is presently organized into the following classes based on
grade level or age:
Pre-School: two-four year olds
Primary: grades K-4
Juniors: grades 4-6
Teen: grades 7 and above
